Romaine & Iceberg lettuce topped with red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and green pepper. Dressing cup included on side. Choose from our House-Made Italian Dressing or our House-Made Lemony Vinaigrette Dressing. Small Size serves 10 - 20 people. Large size serves 20+ people.

* Fattoush Salad (Catering)

Finely chopped parsley and mint, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cracked wheat with lemon juice and olive oil.

* Hummus (Catering)

House-Made creamy chick pea dip sprinkled with paprika and drizzled with virgin olive oil. 7” Bowl includes 4 pitas. 9” Bowl includes 6 pitas. 1/2 Tray is a la carte and will feed 20 plus people.

* Vegetarian Sampler Platter (Catering)

20 Falafel, 20 Stuffed Vegetarian Grape Leaves, 9” bowl of Hummus, 9” bowl of Baba Ghanouj, 9” bowl of Tabuli Salad, ½ tray of Rice Pilaf, and 10 Pitas (cut in half). Includes 8oz Tahini sauce and 8oz Tzatziki sauce. An 8oz Hot sauce may be included upon request. (Feeds 10)

* 2 Meat Cedar Mixed Grill (Catering)

Choose 2 meats from our 6 meat selection. Chicken Shawarma, Beef Shawarma, Chicken Kabob, Beef Kabob, Beef Kifta Kabob, or Lamb Gyro. Accompanied with grilled Green Pepper wedges, grilled Red Onion wedges, ½ tray of Rice Pilaf, and 10 Pitas (cut in half). Includes 2 8oz cups of our House-made sauce of your choice. (If you would like 2 cups of the same sauce select only that sauce) An 8oz Hot sauce may be included upon request. Feeds 10. Add up to 5 additional per person servings.
